This atlas is an integrated collection of 577,857 cells, derived from single-cell RNA-seq data of human ocular surface, including cornea, limbus, and anterior sclera. These cells have been categorized into 9 major cell classes and 31 types. This is the initial cell type label for the atlas annotation. These labels will be examined, refined, and updated during the annotation jamboree.
