IL7R (CD127) is broadly expressed on innate lymphoid cells and confirms ILC lineage identity. CD200R1 shows enriched expression in ILC3s and has been reported as a marker of this population in the literature. Together these markers identify ILC3s within the innate lymphoid cell compartment and distinguish them from other ILC subsets and conventional T cells.
