scRNA-seq of human ocular surface: cornea, limbus, sclera - epithelial cells

This cell annotation dataset is a subset of the human ocular surface scRNA-seq atlas from the human eye. It includes 250,321 endothelial cells, which were classified into nine distinct epithelial cell types. This is the initial cell type label for the atlas annotation. These labels will be examined, refined, and updated during the annotation jamboree.
