Single-nucleus transcriptomic profiling of human skeletal muscle from healthy adults

Skeletal muscle tissue was collected from six healthy adult donors and analyzed using the 10x Genomics Multiome platform. Unsupervised clustering identified 10 distinct clusters, which were annotated and consolidated into 10 cell types.
