Lymphatic endothelial cells were identified and annotated based on canonical marker expression including LYVE1, PROX1, PDPN, and FLT4. These cells line the lymphatic vasculature of the breast and are distinguished from vascular endothelial cells by FLT4 expression and absence of PECAM1 at the level found in blood vessels.
