We noticed 3 additional smaller subsets of satellite cells by performing clustering and differential expression analysis within this cell type. These included TNFRSF12A+ subset with differential expression of TNFRSF12A, NOP16, NPTX2, FNDC4, MT1A genes, ICAM1+ subset with ICAM1, CXCL1, CXCL2, TNFAIP3, NFKBIZ, IRF1, IER3 and MYOG+ subset with MYOG, TNNI1, TNNT2, CKB, ACTC1, CLDN5 and MYOD1 expression.
