Human PBMC atlas - DC_DC2 cells

There are four Level_4 DC2 subtypes. Three of these have distinguishing markers, but this type is only listed as DC2. To avoid confusion with the higher level group, I would recommend add distinguishing markers to this DC2 subtype as well.

Test1 expressed ifitm3 while test2 expresses isg15

I'm not sure LMNA and TPPP3 substantially distinguish the cluster from the rest of the DC2, and I couldn't find any further identity markers to define this cell identity or function. They are not part are the interferon activated dendritic cells. Perhaps could be merged with DC2

AXL+ Siglec-6+ dendritic cells (ASDC) are novel myeloid DCs which can be subdivided into CD11c+ and CD123+ expressing subsets. Warner van Dijk, Freja A., et al. These look more like a pDC subset. They cluster near the other pDC subsets in UMAP space; they express canonical markers for pDCs, including LILRA4, JCHAIN, and SCT
