Single cell atlas of the human peripheral immune system

Our atlas represents a collaborative international effort to successfully integrate and annotate multiple large scale published and unpublished PBMC datasets spanning healthy and COVID patients. Using rigorous metrics for quality control we were formed a final integrated dataset of 8.4M cells. Consensus annotation was performed across multiple sites at high resolution, and ultimately defined 192 individual immune cell states in the peripheral blood.
