CD8 Treg may be contained in this group. The problem is that FOXP3 in the CD4 is clearly visible on the UMAP, not in the CD8. Either CD8 Treg are not contained in PB, or the RNA is undetectable. I do see CD8 Treg in lymph nodes (https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0346693)
