Collaborating on the Workspace

Prior to publishing, additional users can be added as collaborators. Collaborators can be invited by publication draft owners and admins by clicking Collaborators.

Collaborators may be invited by entering their email, selecting their access level (Viewer, Editor or Admin), and sending an invitation.

Invited collaborators receive an email with a clickable link that allows them to accept the invitation.

Upon accepting the invitation, collaborators are able to take actions in the publication draft depending on their permission level. Collaborators are credited as coauthors when the draft is published and are included in citations.
