Viewing Cell Relationships

Cell relationships show the relationship between sets of cell annotations within a single dataset as visualized with Sankey diagrams. This information is displayed only if a dataset has more than one cell labelset and does not show relationships for cell labels across datasets. The relationships are not hierarchical but represent the relationship between the cell labelsets; see the example below for how to view cell relationships.

From the Dataset Summary page, click on the Cell Labelset you wish to view the relationships of in the sidebar.
