Non-inflamed human cystic lymph nodes were precision cut and cultured as tissue slices to enable ex vivo stimulation by a liposome-based adjuvant containing a synthetic toll-like receptor (TLR4) agonist and QS-21 saponin. Single-cell RNAseq datasets were integrated from control and adjuvant-stimulated conditions from six donors.
