Feedback Feature Overview

Providing feedback is a core part of collaboration in the Cell Annotation Platform. It allows users to review and improve annotations on both published and private datasets.

In general, feedback falls into two categories:

  • Annotation feedback: show agreement or disagreement with the association between clusters and biological entities.
  • Metadata refinements: suggest improvements to details of an otherwise correct annotation (for example, marker gene lists).
